This is a family favorite. Jeff LOVES these! They are easy enough and it makes lots for leftovers. Also these are a great lunch food for kids. Protein packed!
ok I just saw your new blog and I really love it!! You have such great ideas!! I'm trying to get back on the healthy bandwagon again so I'll keep checking back. Also did you know you can make quinoa flour? just blend up dry uncooked quinoa in the blender until it's powder. THen I dry sautee it for a few minutes to help get the bitter out :) I use it when I make turkey meatballs because I don't do breadcrumbs.
