ok I just saw your new blog and I really love it!! You have such great ideas!! I'm trying to get back on the healthy bandwagon again so I'll keep checking back. Also did you know you can make quinoa flour? just blend up dry uncooked quinoa in the blender until it's powder. THen I dry sautee it for a few minutes to help get the bitter out :) I use it when I make turkey meatballs because I don't do breadcrumbs.
