Words of Wisdom

My friend Erin has a really fun blog and I am always finding sayings on their that make me nod my head and smile.

I thought they were so TRUE, and worth sharing.

I am This Healthy Homemaker

My name is Andrea and I am This Healthy Homemaker. I am passionate about being healthy and raising a healthy family. I love to cook and bake and garden and I am happiest when my table is full of good food and surrounded with good friends and family.
Being a healthy homemaker is not easy! It takes dedication and effort. I have to tell myself multiple times a day, "nothing tastes as good as I feel when I am healthy" because otherwise it is easy to forget and grab McDonalds on the way home from the park.
I am committed to my families health. My husband works hard to make ends meet and I work hard at what we eat!
I am an opinionated woman, scary stuff right there, but I try not to share my opinions unless I am invited. That is difficult when you have so much to share... which is why I started this blog!
This is my place to let it all out. I am not judging you. I am not perfect. I love ice-cream and bacon. I am sharing what I know because I think it is worth knowing and I am scared to tell you to your face. Ha, not really you in particular, but you get what I mean.
I am not an expert but I am working on it! I am reading a lot of books and I am taking classes via correspondence to become a licensed Nutritionist, specializing in children's nutrition. I am learning and sharing as I go and I am inviting you to come along.
So follow me on this journey. You can be a healthy homemaker too!
And when I am certified you can totally come back and be my client! Sound good?
